🌱 Q: What ages is Plant Magic Club for?
A: The content is geared towards ages 5-13+. But we're told that adults enjoy it too!
🌱 Q: Where does Plant Magic Club ship to?
A: We are based in California and currently ship within the United States and to Canada. Please contact us if there is additional international interest.
🌱 Q: What are the ordering deadlines?
A: All new subscriptions placed by the 15th of the current month will ship out between the 25th-30th of that month. All orders placed after the 15th of the current month will ship out between the 25th-30th of the following month. If a current month's box sells out, the new subscription will begin the following month.
🌱 Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: $5.95 per box in the U.S. and $15.95 per box to Canada - tracked shipping with USPS. (Please see our shipping policy.) Sibling add-ons ship with the regular box at no additional charge.
🌱 Q: Can I buy a single box without subscribing?
A: Yes. Single boxes are available in the shop. They're available while supplies last.
Single boxes will ship within 14 business days or with that month's subscription boxes.
🌱 Q: Do you have Sibling Add Ons?
A: Yes. Sibling Add Ons are available in the shop.Â
Sibling Add On shipping is free and they ship with a full sized box order, in the same box.
When ordering the Sibling Add On option, please add the number (quantity) that you want, to match the number of months in your subscription/purchase. The listing is for a single sibling add on, or one month.
🌱 Q: Do I need to set up an account?
A: Plant Magic Club accounts are optional but highly recommended so that you can manage your subscription easily, view tracking, etc. You can set it up during checkout.
🌱 Q: Do the subscriptions auto-renew?
None of our subscriptions auto-renew.
In the final box of your subscription you'll get a reminder note letting you know that it's your last box, with a coupon code to renew your subscription if you like.
🌱 Q: What's your refund policy?
A: There are no refunds on previously received boxes. If there are any issues with your box please let us know and we will definitely help resolve the issue. (Please see our refund policy.)
🌱 Q: What's your cancellation policy?
A:Â Cancelling a prepaid subscription will prorate any unshipped boxes in the current term that were purchased with the discounted rate.Â
Charter School orders are non-refundable.
Please contact us if you need to cancel any scheduled shipments prior to our shipping deadline.
