Due to the nature of our products, there are generally no refunds on previously purchased boxes.
Certain types of items cannot be returned per CA law, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants).
Please inspect your box upon receipt and contact us right away if items are damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
